What is BT Calling?
Would you like to be more mobile and not miss important calls, even when your phone is somewhere in your bag or on your desk? BT Calling function in our ACTIVEBAND smartband GENUA MT870 is a solution created just for you.
BT Calling, or Bluetooth Calling, is a function that allows you to receive and make calls directly through your smartband. Thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker, talking through the watch is as convenient as through a traditional smartphone.
How does BT Calling work?
- Connection to the phone: To use BT Calling, your smartband must be paired with your phone via Bluetooth.
- Incoming call: When someone calls you, the smartband will show the call information on the screen. You'll see the caller's number or name (if stored in your contacts).
- Answering and rejecting a call: Touch to accept or reject an incoming call. If you choose to answer, just put your hand to your ear and talk as if you were holding the phone.
- Making calls: Although the main purpose of BT Calling is to answer calls, some smartband models including ACTIVEBAND GENUA MT870, they also allow the watch to initiate calls.

Pairing the smartband with another smartphone
We recommend following these steps before connecting to another smartphone:
1. Remove the smartband from the application (in the FitPro application, go to settings, then "Remove" > Confirm)
2. Then remove the smartband from the list of Bluetooth devices on your smartphone (if it has been paired with any smartphone).
3. Important! Additionally, a previously paired smartband with another device must be turned off and on!
4. Now the smartband can be paired with another smartphone. The smartband can only be paired with one smartphone at a time.
*When pairing on a smartphone, you must provide the necessary consent to check the location (GPS) - information on this can be found in the user manual.
